The Nova Hawks - Redemption

Nova Hawks is a British blues rock band centered around Heather Leoni and guitarist Rex Roulette. Redemption is their debut album and it will be released on February 12th. If you love the California desert, the wild streets of New York and bluesy London then Redemption is for you.
Ten titles and already we fall for Voodoo. Rock, bluesy, hypnotic drums and we fall in love with the charismatic voice of Heather Leoni. Dusty, acoustic, electric, slide guitars and an absolutely irresistible chorus. Redemption is even more exciting. The drums accelerate your heartbeat, the guitars get in your head and never come out and the voice is warm and sensual. Magnificent.
Here we are in Texas. Heather shares vocals with Jimmy Sweet (Hot Hot Heat). A soft, feminine voice and a deep, hoarse voice. Dusty Heart is a mid tempo with Tex Mex sauce. Witxh accelerates the tempo. A bewitching listening happiness. Sexy, lively and a lightning rhythm section.

Technicolor is a ballad masterfully led by a bewitching organ. Powerful voice, numerous guitars tearing apart the sound. Five absolutely sublime minutes. Pills is once again a bluesy rock as bright and shiny as a rough diamond. The voice and guitar exchanges will make you dance and give you intense pleasure. Run Wild is a pure gem, Acoustic, bluesy and a sublime organ.
Locked Inside is a mid tempo. Always bluesy and beautiful as a deserted California road at nightfall. The guitars are as fiery as a roaring fire. Splendid. Greed Or Glory offers a riff worthy of the great ZZ Top. A short title but hot, delirious, lively and feverish.
Love Games acoustically closes this superb album which has no weaknesses. An exceptional voice, a lot of guitars, a rhythm thick as the skin of a rhinoceros, blues, rock, ballads and rides. Recommended for lovers of good music, this music which gives fiery listening pleasure and which makes us love life.
